The duplex hotel suite offered an amazing amount of space, especially for a family. The sunny terrace on the upper floor was huge and perfect for relaxing. I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. No drawers in any of the rooms made it challenging to store our clothing. The suite had two sinks but lacked essential appliances like a kettle, cups, or cutlery, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a cup of tea or cook simple meals. There were also issues with water availability. we experienced complete water outages in our suite three times during our stay. the toilet upstairs had a sewage leak that was reported but remained unresolved. Despite the spaciousness, the furniture was minimal, which kept the suite from feeling comfortable. The bar area in the foyer was poorly stocked, which added to our overall dissatisfaction with the dining options.

Entertainment got loud at odd hours—sometimes at 5/6 pm and even until 1 am, making it hard to relax. The kitchen area is lacking without necessary amenities. outside of a fridge, you’re on your own if you want to cook. Beach towels were only changed weekly unless you paid a fee, and the breakfast and Wi-Fi barely met standards. It's also worth noting that some rooms can have noise issues from guests above, so if you value peace, try to secure a top-floor unit. Miscommunications regarding room preparations, such as the lack of cribs or missing towels upon arrival, added a frustrating twist to the stay.

The family room balcony offered lovely views that enhanced our stay, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and scenery.
The breakfast service was disappointingly slow, often leaving us waiting for basic items such as eggs.

Great beach vibes!
We had an awesome time with the fam! The beach staff knew how to keep the energy up and were super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too, always some nice options. Just a heads up, the kitchen area could really use some utensils! Managed with what we had, but it would be nice to have those basics.

great amenities,, but room could use a few tweaks
The courtyard was a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The suite was impeccably clean every day, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The private beach area was a delightful escape, complete with its own bar. I appreciated the beautiful garden view from my room that enhanced my mornings and allowed me to savor the fresh air.
The kitchen area lacked essential utensils, which made preparing meals inconvenient.
